接着我看到身后的路上燃气了熊熊大火，那火势蔓延到路的两侧，连那些亡灵树也被点燃了，那些树发出阵阵像呜咽一样的声波。
一定是刘管家他们放的火吧，那条大蛇也停了下来，它望着身后的大火想了一下，又转头看向正拉开距离的我们，毫无征兆的伏低身子转头进了林子里，那些大蛇小蛇也跟着它很快钻进林子，一片细细碎碎的声音后，那些蛇就像从来没出现过一下消失不见了。
我勒住马头，向火焰燃烧的望去，远处有一队人正不断的将什么东西往两边扔着，那些东西一落地就燃起了熊熊大火，他们就在烈焰中正快速地向自己靠拢，那群人当中刘管家正冲在前面，自己穿的鲜衣亮马却被这群恶灵和蟒蛇追的像丧家之犬，要不是他带着人马放火救援自己，怕是就遭了蛇吻了！
不一会他们终于到了近前，身后的大火已经照亮了天空，道路两边浓烟滚滚，刘管家勒住马头，脸已经被烟熏黑了，他急切又生气的对我说道，大小姐你怎么这么莽撞，出了城二十里就要进地下通道口呀，你怎么会走上面的蛇岭路啊！
什么？地下通道！原来是要走地下的！自己不知道呀……
大小姐快赶回通道入口那边，这些雄黄和硫磺做的油火弹还是你帮老夫人研究出来的呢，怎么还搞的这么狼狈！
我？就是青青姑娘的这具身体研制的，她蛮聪明的嘛，大小姐快走吧，刘管家埋怨的口气唤了我一声率先冲入大火中往回奔去。
刘管家他们都在脸上蒙了一块面巾，伏在马背上，一边吆喝用力抽打着坐骑，大火正沿着路的两侧向深处蔓延，火光中那些亡灵树发出噼啪噼啪的声音，那些扭曲变形的枝条都蜷缩在一起，在火光的映衬下狰狞可怖。
热浪裹着浓烟已经遮挡了视线，这时我发现大火中的浓烟，呈现出一张张的人脸，那些人脸表现出不甘，怨恨、痛苦，一阵阵的热浪从两侧席卷过来，这些热浪中带着压抑的气息。
我脸贴在大黑马的脖子上，作为化念树，我本能的想对这些压抑气息进行度化，但自己还未恢复本命树，净化力量还不够，最关键的是自己的空念之心还未长出来，除非现在自己找回本心否则现在是不具备化解执念及度化意识的能力。
空念之心并不属于我，也不属于任何人，它是在天地初始之时，所有的生灵未有邪念和执念产生之时的最处心念，凡有这一心念者与天地和合，化心为气，此气择缘而入与人，畜，木皆可相合，曾在天地大劫之际，机缘巧合下躲入还未有灵智的我体内，此气寄由我在那处灵山吸取天地灵气，不知多少岁月，有人在我树枝上系红色绳带。
并携村落众人拜祭，求风调雨顺，求家宅安康、也求姻缘和钱财。
我在岁月中不知过来有多久，见众人喜欢我也是欢喜，自夜晚将体内空念之心祭出，三日后触发地气生腾气流，自气流极强处再生风雷，激荡风雷云化天水，化甘霖以养村落草木粮食。
一少女中意邻村放牛少年，将最心爱的头簪埋于树下供祀求我赐给她心仪之人，自当夜我祭出心气，入少年梦中得知少年孤苦父母早亡，其表兄嫂使其如奴仆，此子心地善良，在放牛时救此女于狼口，后径自离开未索报答。
我托梦与他，告知所救少女心仪与他，让他在第三日在遇到少女之处与她相见，并在梦中将少女深刻其心上使其爱慕。
此之种种，让诸多远在他乡的人也来祈愿供祀，我虽仍就欢喜却发现有许多非良善之辈也来求愿，此人生而为人却行恶鬼之事，荼毒他人且心智高绝，他祈愿我助他行恶事，我未应允并在当晚入梦劝导他弃恶从善，不想他于梦中而起，持一大斧来到我本身之地，将我树身劈开，并在树根处得我树心，其立在当地双手捧我本心就地食之。
本心之气为他所得，此人立地成魔，化烟而去，我曾救助无数生灵，百姓，僧侣佛陀、未曾想也有此大难，树身被毁本心被食，一念生恶也落入魔道。
不知多少岁月与恶蟒虫虎为伍，残害生灵，一日那当初生餍我心之人，寻到我处，将胸膛破开，掏心放置树下，他死前对我而言，我心入他之身，他每行恶事必终日夜不能寐，虽有通天之力，却受良心谴责，无数年月后终觉悟，将心还我，将命偿我，并劝我重回本身。
本心入体后我当即悔悟，但已晚矣，自绝性命不愿再入人世，将不灭心气如当初空念之心流浪于诸生夜晚之梦境。
又见世间劫难之时不忍，即合与入梦之人救世人于水火，但似天道轮回最终仍被恶心之人利用，我恨绝世人贪婪执念之心，化身入魔如那之前之人所说，每行恶事必不能入寐，且中日萦绕所害人之痛苦之念，终于明白善恶本无分，万念皆心造，无心即无念，愿度多念人。
我不再关心自己的岁月和记忆，世间种种多在重复岁月的过往，生死诸事皆与世人心念所为，所遇之人，所遇之事皆为因果所致，只有世人自己可救自己。
最宝贵的，无外乎离世之际明悟自身之命所行种种，或含泪而去，或不甘而去、或怀执念不愿离去最终再入因果，化聻后再无生发造化。
之后我化身出一个人身，人身也入轮回，树身游荡于梦境，这一世的人身不在梦境之地，生于梦境之外，我知自己人身与大力有大因果且同为梦境外之人，故拉她与大力同入梦境之地，未曾想大力竟是南佛之子转世，也就明白了这大因果的意义。
树身树心上一世仍被恶人所食，不过又是老一套，自己继续寻心之旅，但此次此人目的不止于此，他的踪迹已经无法找寻，他并没有利用力量在人世间享受荣华富贵，而是要把世人全都拉入梦魇轮回，就连上一世的南佛之子也未逃脱他的算计，圆寂在梦魇之地。
